Warranty

We begin by selecting items from only the finest brand names in the country – companies whose commitment to quality and design excellence match our own. Each product we feature must meet our strict standards for superior construction, premium materials and durable finishes so that you not only receive a luxury product, but excellent value for your money.

For the many manufacturers we carry each have their own specific warranty polices for the goods they manufacturer. Not every manufacturer or item has an explicit warranty, and some instead choose to review each case separately. When a specific warranty is not provided by the manufacturer, we will work with our customers and the respective manufacturer to come to a reasonable resolution on a case by case basis. It is best to inquire before purchasing for any warranty concerns.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs and restocking fees, otherwise shipping and handling costs and restocking fees will be charged. For custom products additional restocking fees will apply and or are not returnable for their custom nature, depending on specific product and the manufacturer.

If there is freight damage that is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos.

Please allow up to 15-20 days for us to review and approve the claims for both freight and warranty issues.
